Idk, it’s something the fandom came up with. Sugar is Brittana’s baby from the fture, Rory is Finchel’s and Harmony is Klaine’s, although these seem to be interchangeable. It’s something silly that is fun to talk and joke  about and some people take it a little too seriously.
